Refund policy

Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in glaze, colour and form are natural — the mark of something made by a person, and part of what makes your piece one of a kind. These aren't defects.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, WhatsApp me (+91 91875 00809) within 48 hours with photos of the piece and packaging. I'll arrange a replacement (where available) or a full refund, including shipping.
Change of mind (ready-made pieces): Reach out within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and in original condition; return shipping is paid by you. Once it's back safely, I refund the item amount (original shipping non-refundable).
Custom pieces: Made specially for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind — but the 48-hour damage policy still applies.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
