Every Mocha Cat piece is wheel-thrown or hand-sculpted by hand and packed with care — pottery is fragile, so I wrap each order slowly and well before it travels to you.

Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. For custom pieces, I'll share a timeline over WhatsApp.
Where I ship: Across India. (Not international yet — message me on WhatsApp if you're abroad.)
Options & rates:
• Studio pickup — Koramangala, Bangalore: Free. Ready in 1–2 days.
• Local delivery within Bangalore: ₹200. Usually 1–2 days.
• Rest of India: ₹500. Usually 5–8 business days.
Tracking: I'll send tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships.
Delays: If it hasn't arrived in the expected window, WhatsApp me (+91 91875 00809) and I'll chase it. 🤎
